How long do I have access to the course content for?
You have access for 12 months.
Will the ingredients be hard to source?
You will be able to find almost all the ingredients on this course in your local supermarket or health food shop.
Is the course suitable for coeliacs?
Gluten containing foods present on The Happy Skin Course can be replaced with gluten-free options or omitted completely.
How many hours a week will the course take?
The cooking, depending on what meal plan you choose and how many you are cooking for, can take anything from 3 hours for the whole week, or an hour or so every day.
Will this course help with really problematic skin conditions (like cystic acne or eczema)?
Some of these conditions are deeply rooted and involve a more complex recovery of the gut microbiome — which takes months, requires more patience and potentially extra treatments.


One of the things we teach in this course are skincare basics like cutting down refined sugar, processed foods and hydrating better — these alone will definitely help with any skin condition.


Although we cannot promise that this course will completely cure more serious conditions like cystic acne, eczema etc., we do have a solid record of participants who observed huge improvement (if not full healing) — especially if they stuck to the plan for more than 4 weeks.
